Rehearsal dinner perfection! I wish I could give this rating SIX stars instead of five because they surpassed in every way. The food was amazing, the setting was warm, inviting, beautiful! Sophisticated and rustic blended! Darrell, Jill and Donna were a step ahead of us at every turn. They accommodated our every request and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. Professional and personal! I would recommend Gather in Downtown McKinney for ANY event. Ours happened to be a rehearsal dinner for 80. . . but they could handle anything, large or small. I could give this 10 stars! From the first day we toured the venue, till the day of our wedding, Darrell and Jill have been there every step of the way. Our wedding was a little bit “non-traditional”, with some different ideas we had in mind. Darrell and Jill collaborated and helped us put our ideas into motion. Both went above and beyond to make our wedding unique and exceeded our expectations by a million. Our guest are still mentioning how attentive the staff was and how Darrell was extremely professional, yet personable. Which is hard to find someone so genuine! My husband and I will always recommend this venue to anyone! They are the best.

What is rental fee and what does it include?

The venue rental fee is determined by the type of event and the day. Please contact us for a tour and a proposal.

We plan to have just our ceremony at Gather. Does this change the fee?

Because we only host one wedding per day, our fee structure remains the same. The fee is determined on how many hours your event will take place.

What is Gather's capacity?

Gather can hold 150 people for a plated meal or 200 for an up and mingling event.

What happens in case of rain?

Fortunately, our venue is indoors, so we don’t have to worry about the weather. As you know, Texas weather is crazy, changing from one moment to the next, so holding your event indoors takes the relieves the stress of What If? No contingency plan required. Also, you and your guest will have a better time being out of the elements.

Is there a bridal suite or groom's suite?

If you are holding your ceremony here at Gather, then you have access to the bridal suite. If your ceremony is off site, you can add the use of the bridal suite to your contract, if you wish. We do not have a groom's suite. (Traditionally, the groom and groomsmen arrive ready for photos.)
